Granite Countertops

Despite the emergence of many new countertop materials in the market, granite still maintains about 30% of the market share. The main advantages of granite are its robustness and heat resistance. In a luxury residential project in Miami, designers chose granite countertops mainly because they enhance the luxury and practicality of the entire space. According to sales data from the project, 90% of buyers indicated that granite countertops were one of the key factors in their purchasing decisions. Specifically, units with granite countertops sold 25% faster than units with other stone materials, and the average transaction price was also 12% higher.

After a restaurant in Chicago updated its bar and service countertops to granite, customers' overall impression of the establishment greatly improved. Customer ratings of the restaurant increased by 15%, particularly in terms of high-end ambiance, with the average rating rising from 8 to 9.2. In homes using granite countertops, the surfaces remain like new even after ten years of use. According to a survey of 500 households, 95% of owners expressed very high satisfaction with granite countertops, with durability and aesthetics being the most praised features.

Marble Countertops

Marble accounts for about 20% of the countertop material market share, especially favored in projects seeking high-end decorative effects. In an art gallery in Los Angeles, the newly renovated reception area used white marble countertops, which not only enhanced the overall lightness of the space but also added to the artistic atmosphere. Feedback from the gallery indicates that since switching to marble countertops, overall visitor ratings of the gallery have increased by 12%, with visitor satisfaction rising from 85% to 97%.

In a historic hotel in New York, marble is used for the floors and front desk in the lobby, areas that frequently host guests from around the world. Hotel management reports that the elegant appearance and classic feel of marble have increased the luxury rating of the hotel by 20%, with the luxury rating rising from 8.5 to 10.
